Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the Al-Azmath Tours & Travels Free Umrah Lucky Draw.
1. Entry Fee
The Lucky Draw entry fee is ₹199 per entry. This payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances after successful payment.
2. Passport Requirement
Participants are expected to possess a valid passport. If you do not currently have a valid passport, please contact Al-Azmath Tours & Travels before submitting your Lucky Draw entry.
3. Number of Winners
A total of 10 winners will be selected through the Lucky Draw.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through a fair and transparent lucky draw process conducted by Al-Azmath Tours & Travels. The organiser's decision shall be final and binding.
5. Winner Announcement
The names and Lucky Draw Entry Numbers of all winners will be announced on the official website and official social media pages.
6. Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate information while submitting the registration form. Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in disqualification.
7. Payment Confirmation
An entry becomes valid only after successful payment through the official Razorpay payment gateway.
8. Multiple Entries
Participants may submit multiple entries only by completing separate registrations and successful payments for each entry.
9. Prize Conditions
The Umrah package is subject to visa approval, airline availability, Saudi Arabia travel regulations, and any applicable government rules in force at the time of travel.
10. Organiser Rights
Al-Azmath Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
